Diet

There is a diet and then there is a diet. The difference between the two is one is a lifestyle and the other is a quick fix. What are we choosing in our lives? Eat to live rather than living to eat. We must eliminate the word diets from our vocabulary and focus on a regular diet. Food can be our enemy or our strength. Let us be the change that turns around the unhealthy epidemic that we have found ourselves in our world.
